The traditional countryside house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with parking, barbeque, and children’s play yard. The sea is 100m away from our garden. There are two apartments on the middle floor. Each apartment (32 m2 + 9 m2 balcony) has entrance from the back side and a private balcony with sea view in the front. At the back side of the building there is an extended patio, 5 steps above the ground level of the parking. Each middle floor apartment has its own independent entrance from this patio. Each middle floor apartment sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The living room can be used as bedroom. During summer the actual living room is outdoors in the balcony where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, and the pleasant smell of flowers. Middle floor apartments are equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchens are in an extension of the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first one is in the kitchen and the second one outdoors in the private balcony of the apartment. . There is free hot water in bathrooms and Kitchens. Bathrooms have shower. TV set, hair dryer, mini safe and a clock radio can be found in each apartment. For families with babies, baby cot, high chair and blender are available. Free Wi-Fi is covering the area and a washing machine for common use can be found by the barbecue. Apartments are equipped with all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean. We clean the rooms and we change linen and towels twice a week. There are 2 air-condition units and a ceilling fan in each apartment. The one is in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Normally air-condition is not needed because of the sea breeze that blows during the warm hours of the day. And the hotter the day is, the stronger the sea breeze.
