The flat was built in 2006. It is located on the top (fourth) floor and it is the only flat on this floor. The house has an elevator. It will be sold without furniture. The size is 120sqm. The flat is sunny and there is a lot of light. When you enter on the left there is a living room with a fire place from traditional Cretan stones and wooden fittings. There is a small terrace outside of the living room. On the right side from the entrance there is a large kitchen with dining area. Although there are no doors between living room and kitchen, they are separate from each other, which was important to me, when we first designed the flat. Next to the kitchen there is a small room, which can be used as either storage room or for washing machine. Both living room and kitchen have beautiful views of the town, marina and sea. Both areas, the corridor and the balconies have a floor made from Italian Terracotta tiles. A small corridor opposite the entrance door is leading to the back of the flat. There are three bedrooms, all approximately the same size. The floor in all bedrooms is laminated (dark Oak). They all have modern fitted wardrobes (off white). There is one guest WC and one bathroom. The bathroom has a separate bathtub with whirlpool and shower. The flat has central heating. There is also a storage place in the cellar.
